By using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Wincc,PLCas controller,the design and simulation of the multi-function traffic light control,Operating principles and soft-hardware design of traffic light control based on HMI and PLC are introduced in detail,realize picture change of Touch Screen and control programme designing,this system has some special characteristic of simplicity of operator,high reliability。
