摘要
煤矿采掘工作面掘进进尺控制、机车防撞间距预警、巷道顶板形变等都需要精确测距。通过对现有非接触式测距技术的分析比较,根据矿井实际提出相位式激光测距原理的系统设计目标,通过测量调制光波往返于被测距离间的相位差,能精确的测量目标物的距离。介绍了相位式激光测距原理并分析了测距误差来源,阐述了矿用激光测距传感器的设计过程。采用标准测距仪进行对比测试,测试表明矿用激光测距传感器测距量程可达100m,测量误差在10mm以内,可以满足矿井测距的要求。
Coal mining needs precise distance measurement. Such as the penetration control of mining working face,the warning of locomotive anti-collision spacing and the deformation of the roadway roof. Through the analysis and comparison of existing non-contact ranging technology,then puts phased laser ranging system,which is according to the mine actual. It can accurately measure the distance of the target by measuring the modulation waves are measured distance on the phase difference. This paper introduces the principle of phase type range and analyzes ranging error sources,expounds the design process of mining laser ranging sensor. Compared with standard range finder test,the test shows that the distance measuring range of mining laser ranging sensor can reach 100 m,and the measurement error is less than 10 mm,which meets the requirement of range of coal mine.
