摘要
针对传统工业调试PLC控制程序中存在的机械结构碰撞或干涉等导致安全事故的问题,提出开发一种基于PLC的机械动作虚拟仿真系统。通过Visual C++6.0和3D立体化技术结合,开发出一种可直观反映机械运动情况,并检验机械模型之间的干涉,进一步验证PLC编程的可行性。
Aiming at the problem that the mechanical structure collision or interference caused by the traditional industrial debugging PLC control program,a virtual simulation system based on PLC is proposed. Through the combination of C+ + 6.0 Visual and 3D,a new method is developed to reflect the mechanical motion,and the interference between the mechanical model and the mechanical model is tested,and the feasibility of PLC is verified.
