分析了目前设施制药上常用的搅拌机的工作原理和特点,探讨了搅拌机设计上存在的主要问题和安全隐患,改进设计了搅拌机控制系统,改进后的控制系统可根据搅拌机的搅拌情况自动控制电机的启动与停止,从而控制搅拌机的起动、正转、反转、停止。有效解决了因操作不当使搅拌机不断断路烧保险丝的问题。

On the analysis of the current facilities pharmaceutical work principle and characteristics of the commonly used mixer,this paper discusses the main problems of mixer design and safe hidden trouble,improve the mixer control system were designed,the improved control system according to the mixing of mixer,automatic control of the motor start and stop to control the starting of the mixer,forward and reverse,stop. For effectively solve the blender to break burning fuse.
