新型在线教育形式,目前以MOOC和SPOC为主,而传统高等教育主要以院校教育为代表。新型在线教育发展应与传统高等教育形成一种互惠关系。在分析两种在线教育形式特点的基础上,提出互惠关系主要体现为:一是新型在线教育平台有助于缓解教育资源紧张的局面、便于教育终身化实施、提升高等教育质量;二是传统院校为MOOC等平台供应了教学资源、基础理论研究的支撑和世界名校的信用保障。

New forms of online education,the current is given priority to with MOOC and SPOC,while traditional higher education is mainly represented by colleges and universities education. New development of online education and traditional higher education to form a mutually beneficial relationship. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of two kinds of forms of online education,put forward the relationship of mutual benefit mainly embodied in: one is the new online education platform helps to ease the tight education resources,and facilitate education lifelong implementation,improving the quality of higher education; The second is the traditional institutions as MOOC platform supplies such as the teaching resources,the basic theory research of support and the world famous credit guarantee.
