基于单片机控制的电压变化(阶跃)试验装置的研究

摘要 电力系统电网电压波动时常发生,而这种现象在煤矿井下的供电系统中尤为严重,为保证井下设备安全可靠运行,煤矿用直流稳压电源必须满足MT/T408-1995《煤矿用直流稳压电源》源效应试验技术要求。但用于该试验的试验装置,多采用交流调压器调压模拟实现,试验的准确性和效率相对低下;为此文章介绍了一种以ATMEGA16 AVR单片机作为主控芯片,以交流固态继电器作为切换开关,以多抽头变压器为主电路设计而成的交流电压阶跃试验装置。该装置实现了不同电压之间的阶跃功能,阶跃时间不超过一个工频周期,提高了MT/T408-1995《煤矿用直流稳压电源》源效应试验的精度和效率,对矿用电源检验工作有十分重要的意义。 Power system voltage fluctuations often occurs,and this phenomenon is particularly severe in the coal mine power supply system。In order to ensure safty and reliable operation of equipments in coal mine,coal mines DC regulated power supply must meet the technical requirements of source effect test in MT / T 408-1995《Coal mines DC regulated power supply》. However,test equipment in this test ofen use AC Voltage Regulator to simulate,the accuracy and efficiency of the test is relatively low,so this paper introduces a type of AC voltage step test device,using ATMEGA16 AVR single chip microcomputer as the main control module,adopting ac solid state relay as the switch,using multi-tapped transformer as the main circuit. The device can step different voltages,the step time is no more than a power frequency cycle,and it improves the precision and efficiency of source effect test for MT / T408-1995《DC regulated power supply for mine》,and there is a very important significance for the test of DC regulated power supply for mine.
