近年来,作为三维协同设计典型代表的BIM技术应用,在降低设计成本、提高设计质量与水平、缩短设计周期等方面具有明显的优势,日益成为当代铁路勘察设计企业转型发展的重要手段。本文从铁路勘察设计企业BIM技术发展的现状、存在的共性问题以及发展对策研究等三个方面入手,深入探讨铁路勘察设计企业发展BIM技术的前景与对策,为相关企业和部门提供现实参考依据。

In recent years,application of 3D Collaborative Design Technology represented by BIM Technology plays a significant role in shortening the design cycle,reducing design costs and improving design level and quality and other aspects. So it is increasingly becoming an important means of railway survey and & design enterprise transformation and upgrading. This paper from four aspects-current situation of BIM technology development of railway survey & design enterprises,common problems and development strategies and so on-discusses prospect and countermeasure of developing BIM technology for railway survey & design enterprise,and provides a realistic reference for relevant enterprises and departments.
