摘要 某水泥固化线将废液与水泥一起混合搅拌,实现废液的固化和贮存。为解决水泥固化线的干扰问题,论文分析了水泥固化线的电磁干扰源,论述了隔离、屏蔽和滤波等硬件抗干扰措施以及平均值法采样、延时确认、软件滤波等软件抗干扰措施,重点分析和解决了取封盖拧紧机、泄露检测模块、模拟量输入模块和变频器等设备的干扰问题。论文所述的软、硬件抗干扰措施尤其是实际干扰问题的解决方法,保证了水泥固化线可靠运行,对其他工业控制设计和调试也具有参考意义。 The cement solidification line mix liquid waste with the cement and stir to solidify and save the liquid waste. Anti-interference measures of the system is key to ensure the system running reliability. The paper analyzes the electromagnetic interference sources of cement solidification line. The hardware including isolation,shield,and filter ways,and software anti-interference measures such as average sampling and software filter methods have been applied to restrain the interference source. The interference problem of the tightening machine,leakage detection device,analog input modules and converter have been analyzed and resolved in the commissioning process including. The anti-interference measures and the solution for interference problem in the paper should be used in other project.
