摘要
实验快中子反应堆燃料棒包壳管凹坑成形是燃料棒制造的关键工序。本次凹坑成形的研制过程中,确定凹坑成形设备技术参数,设计制造凹坑成形装置,通过工艺试验,确定了凹坑成形工序的操作方法与工艺的流程。完成了实验快堆燃料棒的生产,燃料棒的凹坑成形工艺满足设计技术条件与图纸的要求。
Fuel rod pit forming is the key process of fuel rod manufacturing. This study not only determines the technical parameters of the device,but also designs and manufactures the device. Through technology experiments,pit forming straining process operation method and flow are determined. The study completes manufacture process of fast reactor fuel rods. Fuel rods pit forming straining technology meets the requirements of technical conditions and drawings.
