智能变电站二次设备运行状态评价的研究与应用

Research and application on operation condition evaluation of secondary equipment in intelligent substation

变电站运行的安全性及可靠性与变电站自动化系统中的二次设备运行状态有直接联系。通过以变电站测控装置、远动机、交换机、监控后台等二次设备为示范,对这些设备的运行状态进行研究,总结和归纳出反应设备运行状态的状态信息量,并对状态信息的生成方式、获取方式、处理内容等进行了规范和说明;通过设置二次设备状态信息的权重和劣化程度分值,对状态信息进行打分,在综合分析设备运行状态信息基础上,设计了一种对二次设备运行状态进行评价方法。

The safety and reliability ofsubstation are in direct contact with the operation condition of secondary equipment in substation auto supervisory control system.We study on the operation condition of secondary equipment,such as measurement and control device,telecontrol equipment,switch,monitoring computer,etc.,summarizing and concluding the state variants of operation condition,and their generating mode,contents.We rate the operation condition of secondary equipment according to their weights and deterioration degree.Finally,we create an evaluation measure of raking the state information of secondary equipment base on the comprehensive analysis of operation condition state variants.
