摘要
自动化立体仓库中控制系统的设计是影响其效率的关键。基于西门子PLC-300主控制器,采用变频器加三相异步电机作为立体仓库中堆垛机的运行驱动,通过安装在堆垛机上的WCS位置编码系统进行堆垛机运行位置的精确定位,上位监控采用西门子Win CC组态软件,搭建了工业自动化立体仓库的实验控制平台。经过联调测试,系统运行平稳可靠,达到了预期的控制要求,为工业自动化立体仓库的现场控制提供了技术基础。
The design of control system for automatic stereoscopic warehouse is the key to its efficiency.Based on Siemens PLC-300 main controller,using frequency converter and three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the stacker,locating the position accurately by in-stalling WCS-position coding system on the stacker, using Siemens WinCC configuration software for superior monitoring, a control experiment platform for the industrial automation stereoscopic warehouse is constructed.After joint testing,the system run steadily and reliably,achieving the desired control requirement,and providing technical basis for field control for industrial automation stereoscopic warehouse.
