摘要
针对传统的煤层煤与瓦斯突出鉴定用的压力表无法实时准确记录瓦斯压力及数据保密的问题,设计了一种基于ADUC845的防拆卸、高精度、低功耗的煤层瓦斯压力监测仪,介绍了监测仪与传统压力表相比的优点,给出了监测仪的硬件结构及软件设计方案。该监测仪体积小、重量轻、操作简便,能够实现瓦斯压力的在线监测并提供200-1000Hz频率信号输出接口,方便接入井下监控系统,同时该监测仪系统电路采用低功耗和本安设计,能够在不更换电池的情况下在井下长时间可靠地工作。
Traditional coal and gas outburst seam gauge can not immediately identified by gas pressure and accurately record data privacy issues,is designed based on ADUC845 of anti-demolition,high-precision,low-power coal seam gas pressure monitor,introduced advantages compared with traditional gauges monitor,given monitor hardware architecture and software design. The monitor is small,light weight,easy to operate,enabling online monitoring of gas pressure and provides 200-1000 Hz frequency signal output interface for easy access to the underground monitoring system,while the monitor system circuit uses low-power and intrinsically safe design,can not replace the battery in the case of underground work reliably for a long time.
