集约化制粉成套设备的研制

摘要 针对现有集约化制粉成套设备存在着纯度、目数、产能等问题,本文从电解铜的各个环节入手,研究了其工艺过程,设计了集约化制粉成套设备。其创新点表现在由目前手工刮粉到自动刮粉转变、在电解铜粉阴、阳极不规则和间距不统一情况下的刮粉系统能自动跟踪定位确定、刮粉系统与生产系统的坐标位置统一问题、设备按照设定的动作顺序进行自动化运行等方面。经实践证明,本集约化制粉成套设备优于其它同类产品的性能,有望提高我国在金属冶炼领域的装备技术水平。 In view of the existing intensive milling equipment there is a purity,mesh size,capacity and other issues,this paper starts from the various aspects of the electrolytic copper of the process,design a set of reduced milling equipment. The innovations in by the manual scraping powder to automatic scraping powder transformation in the electrolytic copper cathode,anode irregular and spacing is not unified the scraping powder system can automatic tracking and positioning,scraping powder system and production system coordinates unification,equipment according to set the order of automated operation. The practice has proved that this set of equipment is better than other similar products,is expected to improve the level of equipment and technology in the field of metal smelting.
