摘要
我国应急物流发展正处于瓶颈期,突破发展瓶颈需要另辟蹊径。为此,在分析虚拟应急物流协同运行机理的基础上,构建虚拟应急物流协同运行多Agent系统(MAS)结构;针对虚拟应急物流协同运行过程对不确定性和柔性的响应需求,设计可动态改变转移状态的通信交互机制;针对Agent在运行中可能产生冲突的问题,建立基于效用函数的冲突协商机制。
our country's emergency logistics development is in the midst of a bottleneck,and the breakthrough requires different approaches. Aiming at this problem,on the basis of the analysis of virtual emergency logistics coordinated operation mechanism,this paper constructed Multi-Agent system( MAS) structure of virtual emergency logistics coordinated operation; in response to the demand of uncertainty and flexibility in the process of virtual emergency logistics coordinated operation,this paper designed the communication and interaction mechanism which could change transfer-state dynamically; against conflict problems that agents may produce in the operation,this paper designed the conflict coordination mechanism based on the utility function.
