摘要
某型舰炮挡弹板装置在使用过程中主要起限制弹壳或教练弹抛出安全范围作用,但在使用过程中发现有个别档弹板出现了裂纹。本文针对裂纹产生的原因,从零件状态、工艺流程和材料裂纹检测等方面进行分析,找出原因并制定改进措施,保证产品的性能和质量。
In the use of process,the main role of cartridge stop device is limiting the cartridge or coach bombs thrown out of the security region. But,individual cracks of cartridge stop device occurred in the using process. This paper analyses the cause of crack through part state,process flow and material crack detection. At last,the solutions raised,and the similar phenomenon have avoid,ensure the quality of the production.
