摘要
采用分区间优化策略和构造包含开关操作费用及阶梯式电价的运行费用目标函数,通过改变开关状态来改变网络拓扑结构,在保证配电网开环运行等条件下,达到降低运行费用的目的。其中分时段优化策略解决动态重构中重构区间的划分,构造含开关操作费用及阶梯式电价的综合目标函数解决动态重构中总开关的动作次数与各个开关动作次数之间的相互配合。以一天时间为整个时间段,通过对IEEE69节点系统仿真计算,结果表明所提方法能够满足配电网运行要求,得到整个时段内总费用较低的动态重构方案。
In order to reduce the operating costs of the distribution network in the condition of radial open-loop operation and so on,this paper uses sub-period optimization strategy and structure the objective function including switch operating costs and stepped price to change network topology. The sub-optimization strategy is used to determine the reconstruction interval of dynamic reconfiguration of distribution network. The objective function is implemented to solve the problem of switch constraint and mutual cooperation between the various periods. This time period is one day,according to the simulated calculation in IEEE 69-bus system,the results show that the method given by this paper can achieve the dynamic reconstruction scheme of reducing operating costs by meeting the premises that distribution network can operate in radial open- loop and so on.
