摘要
随着智能化技术的发展,企业在发展过程中纷纷开展制动化应用,其中自动化立体仓库拣货方式的应用比较广阔,它是一种采用高层立体货架存储物资的仓库拣货系统,利用计算机控制管理,结合通讯系统、检测条码、自动控制系统以及各种辅助设备组成的自动化货物搬运系统。本文为了分析自动化立体仓库拣货方式的优化设计,根据仓库拣货特点和存在的问题,建立相应的数学模型,同时设计启发式规则算法,进而优化自动化立体仓库拣货路径,以便达到缩短拣货距离,提高拣货效率的目的。
With the development of intelligent technology,companies have to carry out the brake application in the development process,warehouse picking automation applications where a relatively broad manner,it is a high-level perspective adopted shelf storage supplies warehouse picking system,use of computer control and management,combined with communications systems,automated cargo handling system detects bar codes,automatic control systems and various auxiliary equipment thereof. In this paper,in order to analyze picking automated warehouse optimization design approach,according to the warehouse picking characteristics and problems,the corresponding mathematical fans line,while the design heuristics algorithms to optimize automated warehouse picking path to shorten Picking cargo distance,increase picking efficiency.
