摘要
机器视觉指的是利用现代计算机技术以及现代相机技术来代替人眼进行检测。文中根据汽车发动机连杆的特点,利用CCD相机、工业计算1394采集卡、PLC以及可控管控等构成汽车发动机连杆检测系统。在进行工作,在系统PLC接收到检测指令后,利用相机进行曝光,在采集到目标图像后,通过图像分析和处理,实现对发动机连杆进行检测。
Machine vision refers to the use of modern computer technology and modern camera technology to replace the human eye to detect.According to this paper,the characteristics of automobile engine connecting rod,a CCD camera,Industrial Computing 1394 capture card,PLC Control can control and the like automobile engine connecting rod detection system.Carrying out its work,the system PLC after receiving the detection instruction,the use of camera exposure,after collection to the target image by image analysis and processing,the engine connecting rod for testing.
