为给企业提供更加科学、有效的决策支持,本文叙述了数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的应用,首先介绍了数据挖掘技术相关内容,并结合客户关系管理需求将其引入CRM系统设计中,构建了系统体系架构,并在此基础上剖析了数据挖掘技术在其中的具体应用过程和方法,从而为相关研究提供一定的参考。
in order to provide more scientific and effective decision support.,it presents the application of data mining technology in the customer relationship management.Firstly,it introduces the data mining technology,and combined with the needs of customer relationship management to design CRM system,construct the framework of the system,then analyses the application process and methods of data mining technology,so as to provide certain reference for related research.
