摘要 ARAMIS(Accidental Risk Assessment Methodology for Industries System)方法是欧盟在第五个框架计划中提出的一种定量风险分析方法,目前已经在欧盟许多国家取得了良好的适用性。本文基于ARAMIS体系,运用MATLAB科学计算平台在GUI界面开发及图像处理技术方面的强大优势,提出了基于ARAMIS方法的化工园区风险可视化分析系统的总体功能设计;并根据ARAMIS方法的详细分析过程完成了风险分析的具体流程;运用数据与图像处理方面的图像分割、等级渲染等技术,得到可视化分析结果。实例应用表明,该系统在使用ARAMIS方法进行风险评价时具有较高的实用性,能够为化工园区定量风险评价提供技术支持。 ARAMIS(Accidental Risk Assessment Methodology for Industries System) proposed in the EU's fifth Framework Program was a quantitative risk analysis method.Now it has made a good applicability in many EU countries.Based on ARAMIS,and taking the advantage of MATLAB scientific computing platform in GUI interface development and image processing technologies,the overall functional design of risk visualized analysis system in chemical industry zones was proposed.The specific processes of risk analysis were finished according to detailed analysis of ARAMIS.The result of visualized analysis can be obtained by using technology of image segmentation and rendering according to degree in terms of data and image processing.The instances applications indicate that the system has higher practicability to evaluate risk by the method of ARAMIS and it can provide the technique support for the quantitative risk assessment in chemical industry zones.
