基于电话交换机电子计时计费系统校准结果的研究

电话交换机计时计费系统是整个电信服务的一个重要环节,其可靠性、精准性直接影响着电信服务的效益和消费者的权益,本文针对计费系统校准的现实需求,主要介绍了电话交换机电子计时计费系统组成原理和特点,分析了系统测量不确定度的来源,建立了数学模型,推导出不确定度的计算公式。通过对各时间点的分析,来计算各时间点的不确定度及合成不确定度,最后得出电话交换电子计时计费系统的校准和测量能力(CMC)。

This paper is mainly introduce the composition principle and characteristics of telephone exchange time billing system,analyses the source of system measuring uncertainty and building mathematical model,deduce the calculation formula of uncertainty.Through the analyze results of at a given time to calculate the uncertainty and combining uncertainty and obtain the calibrate ability and measurement capability(CMC) of telephone exchange time billing system.
