摘要 采用最大功率点跟踪(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)技术,实时调整光伏电池工作点,使得其工作在最大功率点,提高了光伏发电系统的转换效率。通过光伏电池的数学模型在Matlab/Simulink环境建立了光伏最大功率系统的仿真模型。设计了最大功率跟踪系统,分析了升压斩波电路,及其在光伏发电系统中的作用。构建了Boost变换器仿真模型,基于模糊PID算法的最大功率跟踪技术得到了良好实验结果。 In order to improve the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells,the operating point of photovoltaic cells was real- time adjusted for operating at maximum power point using the MPPT( maximum power point tracking) techniques in this paper. The simulation model of maximum power system for photovoltaic cell was established in Matlab / Simulink environment by using mathematical model of photovoltaic cell. The maximum power tracking system was designed on the basis of the analysis on Boost chopper circuit and its role in the photovoltaic system. The simulation model of Boost converter was constructed. An excellent experimental result of MPPT was achieved using the fuzzy PID algorithm.
