摘要
本设计主要介绍了基于C8051单片机的微型直流电机调速系统的设计与实现。该设计利用光电测速传感器H92B4把直流电机速度转换成脉冲频率反馈给单片机,从而产生占空比受数字PID算法控制的PWM波,来控制固态继电器的高速关断,实现对电机的闭环调速。经过测试本设计简单、可靠、快速性好,系统的调速误差为2%-5%。
This paper shows the design and realization of DC motor speed control system based on SCM. The design used the H92B4 photoelectric sensor to transduce the DC motor speed into impulse frequency which was feed back to SCM and produced PWM impulse whose duty- factor was controlled by digital PID. The high speed turn-off of solid state relay was controlled by PWM impulse and the closed- loop speed control of electromotor was realized at last. The test results showed that the design was simple,reliable and good rapidity,and the speed error of system was 2%- 5%.
