基于体育教师评价指标体系的自动化系统设计

在教育过程中衡量教师教学水平高低的方法比较多,大部分均是通过评价体系实现。这种教学评价能够促进教师专业水平和提高教学素养,是建设高素质教师队伍的重要保障。但是由于体育教师工作的特殊性,给体育教师教学评价工作带来一定的困难。本文主要利用自动化技术设计一套科学、准确、全面的体育教师评价系统,根据各评价指标的权重系数,设计自动化评价体系结构形式,提高我国体育教师评价水平,提高体育教师教学水平,促进我国体育教育更快、更好地发展。

The way to measure the level of teaching in the educational process more,most are acute realization by the evaluation system. This teaching evaluation can promote a high level of teachers and teaching album also improve literacy,it is an important guarantee for the construction of high- quality teachers. However,due to the special nature of the work of PE teachers,teaching evaluation of PE teachers to bring some difficulties,the proportion of active intelligent use of modern technology to build sports teacher evaluation system to improve the efficiency and quality of the evaluation. In this paper,the use of automation technology to design a scientific,accurate and comprehensive sports teacher evaluation system,based on the weight of each evaluation index weight coefficient,the evaluation form design automation architecture,improve the level of China's sports teacher evaluations to improve the level of sports teaching teachers,promote China Physical education faster and better development.
