摘要
介绍了采用X射线线阵列扫描探测器检测系统对2mm厚锆合金焊缝的射线数字化检验技术,主要包括管电压、管电流和线阵列探测器的积分时间对检测图像质量的影响及最佳工艺参数的确定。通过实验研究表明,管电压是影响图像成像分辨率的主要因素,管电流和积分时间是影响图像成像灵敏度的主要因素,随着管电压和管电流的提升,图像噪声也随之增加。针对本次被检测的工件,检验系统的最佳检验参数为管电压100k V,管电流6m A,积分时间20ms。
This paper introduces the research results of digital radiographic detection with linear array detector for Zircaloy weld(2mm). There are mainly two parts in this paper. One is the effect research about the integral time of tube voltage, tube current and linear array detector on the image quality. And the other is the confirmation of the optimum parameter. The research results indicate that the tube voltage and integral time are the main influence factor of the sensitivity of image quality. The results show that the higher the tube voltage is, the larger the image noise will be. Under conditions of the detection system in this paper, the optimum detection parameters respectively are 100 kV tube voltage, 6m A tube current and 20 ms integral time.
