摘要
文章对曲轴搬运系统采用了机电一体化的设计方案,使用带自锁功能的气缸实现了机械手对工件的抓放,利用伺服电机来实现机械手在水平、竖直方向快速精确的移动。采用S7-200系列PLC作为核心控制器,外扩定位模块EM253模块对伺服电机进行精确的定位控制。通过现场调试表明,该控制系统实现了曲轴搬运机械手的自动运行,提高了生产效率。
This paper adopts the design scheme of mechanical and electrical integration for the crankshaft handling system,use the cylinder with a self- locking function to achieve the mechanical hand on the work piece,and use the servo motor to realize the fast and accurate movement of the manipulator in the horizontal and vertical direction. Adopts S7-200 series PLC as the core controller,and the precise positioning control of the servo motor is controlled by the extended EM253 positioning module.Field commissioning shows the control system realizes the automatic operation of the conveying manipulator and improves the production efficiency.
