摘要
在适当简化试验系统之后,通过绘制交流液压系统的分段集中参数功率键合图,完成了推导液压系统的整个状态方程。最后再利用对封装系统的管道长度还有频率和管道内径等这些参数值的变动,找出参数对本课题中交流液压系统管道相位还有传输效率等等的影响情况。本课题对这些不一样形状管道的具体特征,通过Pro/E软件来完成系统液压管道内部具体振动的区域建模,再通过CFX模块来完成域物理条件定义和最后的结果处理,并且最后得出流体流经每种不一样管道的具体速度矢量分布图还有对应的不同压力分布图,探究了流体在各种不一样的频率下流经每一种形状管道时的压力还有速度的不同流场特性。
In this paper, the whole state equation of hydraulic system is deduced by drawing the key parameters of the hydraulic system, and the power of the key parameters of the system. Finally, the change of the pipeline length and the diameter of the pipeline is used to find out the influence of the parameters on the pipeline phase and the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic system in this paper. In this paper, the specific characteristics of these different shaped pipes are completed by Pro/E software to complete the specific vibration of the system, and then through the CFX module to complete the physical conditions of the domain and the final results, and finally get the fluid flow through each kind of different pipeline, the pressure and the flow characteristics of different flow velocity.
