摘要
针对台风影响和电网运行的特征,结合台风预报与微气象监测装置信息建立线路安全预警模型的长效机制,对于电网安全运行具有重要的实际意义。本文首先阐述了台风预报信息和影响架空输电线路安全的主要因素,根据台风预报和微气象监测装置监测信息结合电网公司线路杆塔特征,构建了架空线路三级安全预警模型,为电力企业电网安全运行提供有效的基础信息。
Based on the characteristics of typhoon and grid operation, combined with typhoon forecasting and the information detected by micro-meteorological monitoring devices, long-effect mechanism for the early warning model of line security is pro-posed in this paper, which has important and practical significance to ensure the safe operation of power grid. First of all, typhoon forecast information and the main factors affecting safety of overhead transmission lines are introduced. Then a three-level safety early warning model of overhead lines is structured, according to typhoon forecasting, micro-meteorological information and line tower characteristics. In this way, effective basic information is providing for the safe operation of power enterprises.
