摘要
高强低密度水泥浆体系综合性能优于普通低密度水泥浆体系,具有广阔的应用前景。基于紧密堆积理论利用超细粉煤灰、超细矿渣和纤维状含镁硅酸盐矿物开发了一种质优价廉的活性增强材料UB-1,再利用G级水泥、漂珠、UB-1根据新的水泥浆设计方法配制出密度为1.20g/cm3-1.40g/cm3的水泥浆,并进行性能评价,实验结果表明,该水泥浆体系具有流动性能良好,失水量低,抗压强度高,沉降稳定性好等特点,能满足低压易漏地层、长封固段等复杂固井施工作业的要求。
The comprehensive performance of high compressive strength and low density cement slurry system is better than that of ordinary low density cement slurry system,it has a broad application prospect.Based on the close packing theory by using superfine fly ash,superfine slag and fibrous magnesium silicate minerals,a cheap material called of UB-1which could enhance the activity of quality was prepared.According to the new method,the cement slurry of low density from 1.2g/cm3 to 1.4g/cm3 was designed by UB-1,grade G cement and drift beads.Then its performance was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the cement slurry has a good performance,such as low fluid loss,high compressive strength,good settling stability.It can satisfy the low pressure leak formation,long cementing section of complex well cementing,and the requirement of the other well cementing work.
