多层系油藏分层同采工艺技术研究与应用

摘要 针对多层系非均质差异大储层产液不均,普通采油方式干扰严重的问题,研制了分层同采抽油泵,采用全新的双进液短节和上泵筒加装储气筒结构设计,保证了各层同时开采,互不干扰,同时还具有防蠕动、防偏、防气的功能,在卫2-45井实施分层同采工艺技术应用后,累计增油215.1t;现场应用表明,分层同采抽油技术可实现大差异油藏的同时开采,分层采油是一种新工艺,该技术成功解决了油藏层间干扰问题,实现了油藏分层同采的目的,为分层挖潜增产提供了有力的技术支撑。 Heterogeneous multi-line difference for large reservoir fluid production is uneven,ordinary oil interfere serious problems that developed with mining stratification pump,a new short section of double inlet and an upper cylinder installation accumulator structure designed to ensure the mining layers simultaneously,without disturbing each other,but also has anti-creeping,anti-bias,anti-gas function,after the implementation of the Wei 2-45 well stratified with mining technology applications,cumulative oil215.1t;site the application shows layered with mining pumping technique can achieve big difference reservoir while mining,oil stratification is a new technology,the technology successfully solved the problem of interference between the reservoir layer to achieve a layered reservoir with mining the purpose,in order to tap the potential increase stratification provide a strong technical support.
