江苏油田下套管故障原因分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Casing Failure in Jiangsu Oilfield

江苏油田固井优质率常年保持在80%以上,但下套管故障时有发生。虽然故障原因各异,但后果严重,影响井下安全,经济损失大。本文列举了常见的几种下套故障案例,简单介绍故障发生经过,分析了故障发生原因,主要原因包括气动卡瓦操作不当、套管内掉落物、井下工具及套管附件损坏。针对上述故障发生的原因,提出了相应整改措施。对以后安全下套管作业,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

In Jiangsu Oilfield ,the merit factor of cementing quality perennial stay above 80%,but the casing failure often occurs.Although the causes of casing failure are different,the consequences are seri-ous,affecting subsurface safety,bringing out large economic losses.This paper lists several common cases of casing failure,introduces the process fault occurred after,analyzes the causes mainly including the im-proper operation of air slips,falling obj ects inside the casing,down hole tools and casing accessories dam-aged,put forward the corresponding rectification measures.It has a certain reference value for the safety of casing operation.
