摘要
为解决超稠油蒸汽吞吐中后期水平井油层动用不均、汽窜严重等问题,提高回采效果,研制了混相凝胶调剖助排技术。混相凝胶调剖剂由聚合物、交联剂、表面活性剂、气体生成剂组成。该调剖剂在地层中能使自身的体积膨胀4-5倍左右,能够进入到普通凝胶无法进入的空间,达到调剖、封窜、增加地层压力的作用。通过室内实验与现场应用,取得了较好的封窜、助排作用,该技术在超稠油水平井开采中后期应用前景广阔。
In order to solve the problems of the late reservoir horizontal well steam soaking in the use of inequality,steam channeling is serious,improve the recovery effect,developed a miscible gel profile control cleanup technology.Miscible gel profile control agent is composed of polymer,cross linking agent,surfactant,gas generating agent.The profile control agent in the formation of the self volume expansion of4-5times,can enter the common gel can not enter the space,achieve the profile,channeling,increase formation pressure.Through indoor experiment and field application,good sealing,cleanup,the broad application prospect in the technology of late recovery of super heavy oil horizontal well.
