摘要
文章具体分析了SSQ-C型数控射孔取芯仪在使用过程中因原设计抗干扰能力差,造成射孔弹不能起爆,造成施工失败。通过对现场应用数据的采集和现场故障现象分析,通过对恒流源,电压监测和抗干扰电路的改进,使该仪器故障得到解决,为确保一线生产队伍顺利施工,提供了可靠技术支持。
This paper analyzes the specific SSQ-C CNC perforating coring device during use due to the original design of anti-interference ability is poor,resulting in perforation can not detonate bombs,resulting in construction failed.Through on-site application of data collection and analysis of field failure phenomenon,through the constant current source,voltage monitoring and improved anti-jamming circuit,so that the equipment failure is resolved,in order to ensure the smooth construction of the first-line production team,to provide a reliable technical support.
