摘要
料斗是输送系统中的常用组成部分,其形式多种多样。在钢铁、固体火箭发动机生产等行业企业的生产过程中,在某些特定的生产环节,物料输送需要使用保温料斗。保温层进出口结构以及高温水路的设计直接影响着物料的输送质量和产品的生产质量。针对某型号固体火箭发动机保温料斗结构设计和水路布置,采用现代辅助工程分析软件Pro/E、ANSYS等对保温料斗进行结构建模以及热水流体流场分析,得出合理的设计结果。
Hopper is a common part of conveying system,and it's forms are various.In the production process of iron and steel,solid rocket motor production and other industries and enterprises,thermal insulation conveyor hopper is needed to use in some specific production processe.The structure of the heat insulation hopper and the layout of the high temperature waterway will directly affect the transportation quality and even the quality of the products.Aiming at the hopper structure design and waterway arrangement in a heat insulation hoppers system used in solid rocket motor production process,the modern computer aided engineering analysis software Pro/E and ANSYS are used in thermal hopper of structure modeling and hot water flow field analysis,the reasonable design results are obtained.
