超深复杂井钻井技术在阿东1井的应用

摘要 阿东1井位于塔里木盆地阿瓦提断陷构造,地质条件复杂,是中石化西北油田分公司在该区部署的一口五开制风险探井,设计井深7702m,实际完钻井深7680m。在实钻过程中,通过对钻头、钻井参数、钻具组合、取芯工艺、钻井液体系的优选优化,确保了该井的顺利施工,提高了机械钻速,降低了钻井复杂情况发生几率,钻井周期较设计缩短21.2%。 Well adong-1,located in the tarim basin awati fault structure where the geological conditions are extremely complex,is a risk exploratory well of 5section,deployed by the Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch in this area,with a designed well depth of 7702 meters and the actual well depth of 7680 meters.Based on the optimization of the drill bit,drilling parameters,bottom hole assembly,coring technology and the drilling fluid system,ensured the construction smoothly,increased the ROP,lowered the probability of the downhole complex accidents,reduced the drilling cycle drilling cycle by 21.2%than the designed.
