摘要
传统的流量计量技术较成熟、计量精度较高,但是占地广、投资大,所需设备的安装造价昂贵,且需要细致的维修保养及操作,当切换到另一口井计量时需要较长的时间才能达到稳定,然后才能计量。与传统分离器相比,多相流量计量装置造型小、轻便,节约了空间。本文研究一种可行的多相流流量和分相含率的测量方法,基于此方法实现的多相流测量装置具有体积小、测量范围广、无放射性等优点。
The traditional flow measurement technology is more mature,the measurement accuracy is higher,but the area is wide,the investment is big,the installation cost of the equipment is expensive,and requires careful maintenance and operation,It takes a long time to switch to another well to achieve stability,and then to measure.Compared with the traditional separator,the multiphase flow measurement device is small and portable,and can save space.In this paper,a feasible method for the measurement of multiphase flow and phase holdup is studied.The multiphase flow measurement device based on this method has the advantages of small size,wide measurement range,no radioactivity and so on.
