食管鳞癌组织中趋化因子受体7表达与上皮间质化的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between chemokine receptor 7 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨食管鳞癌组织中趋化因子受体7(CCR7)表达与上皮间质转化的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学检测CCR7与上皮间质转化指标slug、N-cadherin、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在50例食管鳞癌组织中的表达,分析其相互关系.结果:CCR7、N-cadherin、slug与MMP9在食管鳞癌的阳性表达率为72.0%、68.0%、76.0%、82.0%,淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率为90.3%、93.5%、90.3%、96.8%,而无淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率为42.1%、26.3%、52.6%、63.1%,差异有统计学意义;CCR7与slug、N-cadherin、MMP9表达呈正相关.结论:在食管鳞癌组织中CCR7与上皮间质转化具有相关性,CCR7可能参与调节食管鳞癌上皮间质化发生,进而促进淋巴转移.本研究为进一步通过拮抗CCR7阻止食管鳞状细胞癌上皮间质转化进而抑制食管癌的发展奠定了理论基础. Objective:To explore the relationship between chemokine receptor 7(CCR7) and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:CCR7,slug,N-cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues.The clinical pathological data and correlation were analyzed.Results:CCR7,slug,N-cadherin and MMP9 were expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues with positive rates of 72.0%,68.0%,76.0%and 82.0%,respectively.The expression rates of CCR7,slug,N-cadherin and MMP9 were 90.3%,93.5%,90.3%,96.8%respectively in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis,while were 42.1%,26.3%,52.6%,63.1%respectively in the carcinoma tissues without lymph node metastasis.CCR7,slug,N-cadherin and MMP9 have significant correlation with lymph node metastasis.CCR7 was positively correlated with slug,N-cadherin and MMP9.Conclusion:The results demonstrate that CCR7 is associated with slug,N-cadherin and MMP9 expressions in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.This work proposes that CCR7 might be involved in the regulation epithelial-mesenchymal transition in leading to lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Antagonist of CCR7 may prevent esophageal squamous cell carcinoma from epithelialmesenchymal transition.
