Relationship between second to fourth digit ratio and infertile man

目的:研究宁夏汉族正常男性与男性不育患者食指与环指指长比值(2D∶4D),探讨2D∶4D与男性不育的关系.方法:采用体质测量法,分析宁夏汉族男性300例,对照组98例、患者组202例左、右手2D∶4D、右手-左手2D∶4D(Dr-1)及双手2D∶4D均值.结果:患者组双手2D∶4D及其均值均显著高于对照组;患者组a+b级精子比率显著低于对照组;对照组及患者组双手2D∶4D均值均表现为左手显著高于右手;患者组左手2D∶4D、右手2D∶4D及其均值与a+b级精子比率呈负相关,Dr-1与a+b级精子比率无相关性.结论:2D∶4D,尤其是左手2D∶4D与男性不育具有相关性.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between second to fourth digit ratio(2D:4D) and infertile men of Han nationality from Ningxia.Methods:The mean values of 2D:4D of 300 infertile men(controls:98;patients:202) were analyzed by anthropometry.The left hand,right hand,mean hand and right minus left 2D:4D(Dr-l) were calculated respectively.Results:The patients presented significantly higher 2D:4D than controls.The mean values of 2D:4D on the left hand were significantly higher than those on the right hand in the two groups.In patients,there was a significantly negative correlation between 2D:4D and the a+b ratio of sperm number,but no association between Dr-1 2D:4D and the a+b ratio of sperm number.Conclusion:2D:4D,especially left hand 2D:4D may correlate with the infertility in men.
