目的:探讨一种能够在同一块肌上同时显示肌内神经和血管的方法,并对临床常用肌进行研究.方法:分别在兔和童尸动脉管道内灌注由透明液态硅胶和红色色粉混合而成的半透明混合液后分离出肌标本,继续进行Sihler肌内神经染色,最后将肌标本放置于X线观片灯上进行拍照.结果:所得到的肌透明化,肌内神经呈深蓝色,肌内血管呈红色,结果直观精确,并且肌标本可以用透明容器进行封装制成立体模型.结论:肌内血管灌注和神经Sihler染色的方法,可同时显示肌内神经、血管.

Objective:To explore a method that can show both vessels and nerves in muscles.Methods:First,rabbits and child corpses were perfused with the semi-transparent liquid mixed with transparent liquid silicon and red pigments via the artery.Second,the muscle specimen were dissected and stained with Sihler’s technique.Finally,the muscles were placed on a viewbox to take a photograph.Results:The nerves and the arteries were stained into dark blue and red separately,which was precise and direct And the specimen could be placed into a glass container to make a visualized model.Conclusion:This method can show vessels and nerves in muscles precisely and directly.Data have an important guidance to clinical doctors.
