摘要
《英美概况》是英语专业学生的一门专业课程。随着网络时代的发展,知识更新加快,课程改革的压力不断加大。为此,笔者偿试以"动"式教学理念为依据,对《英美概况》课程的教学方法、课堂设计和课外活动进行了改革,并以东北某地方院校英语专业学生为受试对象,通过问卷调查方式研究了英美概况课程"动"式改革后的效果,为大家进一步改革《英美概况》课程的教学提供参考。
"Survey of Britain and America"is one of the important content- based courses for English majors. As the development of the Internet accelerates knowledge updating rate,the course is often found in an awkward position. With the "Dynamic"teaching philosophy,the paper discusses the teaching methods,classroom design and extra- curricular activities of the course,and makes an empirical research on the effects of teaching reform of"Survey of Britain and America"course under "Dynamic"teaching philosophy through the investigation of English majors from some northeast local university.
