摘要
全球治理是冷战结束后国际政治领域中最令人注目的问题之一。全球治理理论的兴起在主体结构、客体范围、国家本位观和国家主权原则等方面给国际法带来了诸多挑战。对此,国际法应与时俱进、积极应对,使两者在互动作用中共同得到进步和发展。
Global governance is one of hot issues in the post- cold- war international political field. The theory of global governance posts many challenges to international law in the areas of main entity structure,objective range,state standard view,and state sovereignty principles. Therefore,international law should go with the times,and actively readjust itself to gain a sustainable development in the interaction between them.
