摘要
太赫兹(THz)辐射是一种新型的远红外相干辐射源,具有很多独特的性质。利用太赫兹时域光谱技术和太赫兹成像技术实现无损检测,已经成为现有无损检测技术的有力补充。笔者介绍了太赫兹无损检测技术在多个领域的应用,论述了太赫兹技术在这些领域的检测原理,探讨了存在的问题,并对发展前景进行了展望。
THz radiation is a new type of far infrared radiation source characterized by many special features. The application of THz- TDS and Terahertz Imaging to non- destructive testing has become an effective supplement to non- destructive technology. The paper presented the application of THz to many fields and discussed its testing principles and mechanisms,and delved into the existing problems and the future development.
