我国环保非政府组织参与环境司法的现状研究

Current Situation of ENGO’s Participating in Environmental Justice in China

社会变迁使得社会和国家对于环境资源的保护越来越重视,生态文明制度建设日趋完备,环境却日趋恶化。通过司法程序解决环境争议是处理环境纠纷的重要途径,环保非政府组织参与环境司法有利于司法功能的有效发挥,有利于环境纠纷的解决。

With the social change,the society and the country put increasing emphasis on protecting the environment and resources. The construction of ecological civilization system is becoming more and more complete,but the environment is getting worse. It is an important way- out to solve environmental disputes through judicial proceedings. ENGO participating in environmental justice is beneficial to effectively giving play to the judicial functions and solving environmental disputes.
