基于RecurDyn办公设备送纸机构动力学仿真

Dynamic Simulation of Paper-feeding Mechanism for Office Equipments

摘要 针对办公设备送纸机构,通过动力学分析软件RecurDyn,建立进纸和走纸运动的仿真模型,然后执行纸张运动模拟,分析不同的正向力和送纸速度对纸张运动的影响。结果认为:单滚轮组进纸阶段中,正向力越大,则滚轮对纸张的加速性也越大;在单滚轮组走纸阶段中,当滚轮角速度为2.5rad/s时,需要较高的正向力来提升纸张在进纸及走纸阶段的稳定性。 Paper-feeding mechanism model of office equipments is built by software RecurDyn for simulating the feed and feeding of paper, then the paper motion is simulated and the effect of different normal forces and different feed speeds of paper movement are analyzed. It can be concluded that: the greater, the normal force, the larger is the acceleration during the feeding stage of the single-wheel group; when the wheel angular velocity is 2.5rad/s, a higher normal force is required to enhance the stability of the paper in the feed and the feeding stage.
