Negative Influences of the Intemet on Ideological and Political Education Among College Students and Countermeasures to Offset Them

文章从加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的紧迫性出发,重点分析了网络对大学生成长的负面影响。在揭示网害的基础上,对思想政治教育工作的困难问题,提出了预防性措施和相应的对策,特别是面对日益严峻的网络危害,应尽快使网络成为大学生寻找新的求知空间、开辟新的信息渠道和掌握高新技术服务的有益工具。为提升大学生思想道德文化素质、营造和谐的社会公德氛围起到了积极作用。

As many would agree,the Internet is a double-edged sword that cuts both ways.While it is a most helpful tool that facilitates our life and work in many ways,it can also be a hazard if abused and become a great concern for families,colle- ges and the society as a whole.Confronted with the negative influences of the Inter- net on college students’ ideological education and moral development,this article stresses the urgency of taking effective measures to purify the cyberspace and to regu- late access to the Internet in order to make it into a more edifying tool for all.
