摘要
针对高等教育培养应用型人才的目标,探讨、分析了在教学、科研与生产劳动相结合中,培养微电子技术专业的应用型人才,特别要重视实践训练,对启迪大学生的创新精神,全面提高学生素质起着十分重要的作用。
The paper emphasizes the importance of practice in the training of technical personnel in the field of micro electron.To achieve the goal,we should combine teaching with research and practice which can help inspire the students’ innovative ideas and im- prove their quality.
