关于高校创新人才培养的启示——由加州理工学院人才培养模式引发的思考

Analysis on the Talent Cultivation Modes of California Institute of Technology

在建设创新型国家的时代背景和国际人才竞争日趋激烈的大格局下,经济社会的发展对我国高等教育提出了更高的要求。笔者以美国加州理工学院人才培养模式为例,针对我国高校如何拓展培养创新型人才的途径,提出了三点建议:1.创新课程体系设置,加强师资队伍建设;2.重视人文教育,拓展学生视野;3.营造学术氛围,强化创新气氛。

Against the background of an innovative country construction and increasingly fierce international talent competition,the economic and social development sets a higher demand for the higher education in China.This paper made a case study on the cultivation model of the innovative talents in the California Institute of Technology,and in the presence of this comparative reference,described the features and status of the talented training in the universities of our country,and finally pointed out some suggestions for nurturing creative talents and establishing the innovation system in Chinese universities.
