面向现代化的机械行业,通过不断的教改研究与实践,探讨如何从基础理论、基本技能以及工程实践上进行教学改革培养出集机械、电子、电气、计算机一体化,并能从事产品设计、制造、技术开发、生产组织与管理等方面基层工作的应用型专门人才。探索民办高校机械专业应用型人才培养的新模式,逐步形成机械类专业的民办院校特色。

On the basis of teaching reform trials experiments,the paper discusses how to reform the teaching of basic theory,basic skills and engineering practice for the training of versatile and practical talents with integrated expertise of machinery,electronics,and computer and the skills of engaging in products design,manufacturing,technology development,and operation management.The paper focuses on the new mode of training such professionals at private colleges in China.
