民办高校的大学生是当代大学生群体中比较特殊的一部分。他们既有当代普通高校大学生所具有的共同特点,又有其显著的特殊性,因此对于民办高校学生的教育管理不能一味地套用公办院校的学生管理。培养民办高校学生的自我管理能力不仅要遵循适应社会需要、符合教育规律、符合科学管理规律等原则,还需要掌握一定的科学方法。自我管理能力的有培养利于学风建设、有利于辅导员工作的完善、有利于学生成长。

The students of private colleges are special groups distinguished from their counterparts of public or national colleges and universities,the two groups sharing some common features as well as bearing differences.The private college students affair managers should not copy wholesale the measures as employed in public or national colleges and universities.In training the self-management capacity on the part of the students in private colleges,we should take account of social needs,educational rules,and scientific management principles,and resort to scientific methods and skills.The self-management skill cultivation is beneficial to both the academic atmosphere creation and the personal development.
