江苏省法学会刑事诉讼法学研究会2009年年会学术观点综述

江苏省法学会刑事诉讼法学研究会成立大会暨2009年年会于2009年11月23日至11月24日在南通市召开,来自理论界和实务界的同志提交论文157篇,主要涉及量刑公正的程序保障、强制措施的完善、审判程序的改革以及舆论监督与司法公正等方面的问题,研讨的重点内容是量刑公正的程序保障和强制措施的完善。

The inaugural meeting and 2009 annual conference of criminal litigation research society,Jiangsu provincial law association was convened at Nantong City,from November 23 to 24.157 papers were circulated at the conference,on such topics as procedure guarantee for justice penalty measurement,coercive measures perfection,trial procedure reform,press supervision,and judicial justice,with the focus on the first two topics.
